Bedda Fimmina
“Our story has its roots in 1970, when my father opened his first business: a small delicatessen. It was so small that customers patiently waited outside to be served. That little shop, rich in aromas and traditions, marked the first step of a long journey of growth.”
With passion and determination, my father managed over the years to expand his business, opening medium-sized supermarkets and consolidating our family’s presence in the food sector.
In 1976, I was born. From a young age, I breathed in the lively atmosphere of the family store, observing and helping my parents. Every gesture, every flavor, every story was a piece of a mosaic that shaped my passion for good food and Sicilian culinary traditions.
A deep love for my land and a passion for traditional cooking sparked a dream in me: to make the real Sicilian flavors known and enjoyed by everyone, no matter where they are. I wanted to make the experience of cooking a typical Sicilian first course accessible to all, even to those who have never turned on a stove.
This is how BEDDA FIMMINA was born: a project that embodies tradition, taste, and simplicity. Our gourmet boxes contain carefully selected and measured ingredients, accompanied by simple instructions. All you need is 2 liters of water and a pot, we’ll take care of the rest.
